The start of the new school year was celebrated with a festive event at both branches of the Georgian-American school. School director Irma Meskhishvili congratulated the students and wished them success.
Students, parents, teachers and invited guests attended. Giorgi Kekelidze, director of the National Library of Georgia, read Toma’s fairy tales to the youngest pupils, and X Factor discovery Tamar Edilashvili performed the students’ favourite song, “Who’s Loving You”.
